The service allows employers in Satakunta to offer summer jobs, part-time jobs and internships to international students. In the service, employers create a profile that defines the skills required for the job vacancy by ranking 20 different statements in order of the best job description. The agent’s algorithm searches for the best candidates for the job. The employer sees the applicants’ information, but the applicants do not see the employers’ information.
