Tiina Kairisto organizes relaxing moments for groups of 3-4 people where it is okay to just be. The program can be planned together and may include, for example
- welcome coffee
- information about herbal medicine or the effects of the lunar cycle, for example
- 30 min. treatment (Indian head massage, facial massage, aromatic massage, foot bath and massage, or herbal bath)
- sauna with the option of sugar or salt scrub
- snacks
- drumming, perhaps by the campfire
- free time to relax and enjoy yourself
Sometimes it can feel good to spend time without any plans at all.
