A joyful winter holiday day in Jämi
The municipality of Jämijärvi and local organizations are offering a variety of fun winter activities at the Jämi on Saturday, 21.2.2026, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Be sure to pack atleast your skis and sleds.
The program
- 12:15 Ski competition for the kids, registration begins at 12:00 p.m. (MLL)
- 13:00–14:00 Ski café + snowshoe rental at Niiniharju (Korsuretket)
- 13:00–15:00 p.m. Dog sled rides. Fee 10 €, payable on site in cash or via MobilePay. (Snow Spin Sleddogteam)
- 14:00 Snowshoe hike. Reserve in advance at the Korsuretket online store. (Korsuretket)
- 14:00 Disco at sledding hill (Jämijärvi municipality and Jämijärvi Home and School Association)
- 12:00-16:00 Café and grilled sausages at the Experience hut (Jämijärvi branch of the Finnish Pensioners’ Association)
