Calm down at the stress relief workshop

Tiina Kairisto organizes relaxing moments for groups of 3-4 people where it is okay to just be. The program can be planned together and may include, for example

  • welcome coffee
  • information about herbal medicine or the effects of the lunar cycle, for example
  • 30 min. treatment (Indian head massage, facial massage, aromatic massage, foot bath and massage, or herbal bath)
  • sauna with the option of sugar or salt scrub
  • snacks
  • drumming, perhaps by the campfire
  • free time to relax and enjoy yourself

Sometimes it can feel good to spend time without any plans at all.
