Jämi recreational area has a great variety of activities available. Large groups, families and individuals alike will find a lot to do.

Jämi is part of Hämeenkangas area and Lauhanvuori-Hämeenkangas Geopark-area. Jämi is known for its esker landscape, like Soininharju Ridge and Niiniharju Ridge. Other specialities include expectional springs (Uhrilähde and Kuninkaanlähde) and depressions called “-vati”, like Koivistonvati.
Jämi is located on the west coast of Finland, in the Satakunta region. Jämi is about an hour´s drive from Tampere and Pori (approx. distance 75 km). From the Helsinki metropolitan area it´s about three hours drive to Jämi. Nearest towns are Ikaalinen and Kankaanpää (25 km to Jämi).
